To initiate the project, I conducted interviews with nine artists, delving into topics such as meals, eating habits, and food culture. Based on these conversations, I prepared materials and ingredients to craft sculptural dishes reminiscent of the traditional Japanese small dining table, Ozen (お膳). Each participant engaged in a two-hour performance piece, "eating" and "consuming" these dishes while "welcoming and entertaining" guests. The collaborative aspect was evident in the construction of my table, which incorporated ingredients from each guest performer, symbolizing the fusion of diverse perspectives and experiences.

The performance space was made with 10 tables surrounded by grids made from hand-made paper with actual vegetables,  inspired by the patterns and textures of vegetables and fruits that comprised my main diet at the time, including cabbage, radish, carrot, and beetroot.
