I create works centered on participation, experience, and sensation. Verbal prompts serve as the work itself, the blueprint for project activities, and the guiding principle that preserves the core of each piece. Like musical scores or recipes, the work is completed only when individual interpretations, experiences, and actions resonate together. This practice inherits the spirit of instruction art, which continues from 1960s Fluxus and Conceptual Art, while valuing each person's moment of "realization" above all and exploring the possibilities of "open expression."

Instruction art—an artistic practice where verbal instructions themselves constitute the work—prioritizes "ideas and actions" over finished "forms." In my practice, I inherit this spirit while seeking to capture the moments of change and discovery that emerge within each person who engages with the work.

参加、体験、体感を核とする作品を制作しています。言葉による問いかけは、作品そのものであり、プロジェクト活動の設計図であり、作品の核を保つ指針でもあります。楽譜やレシピのように、個々の解釈や経験、行為が共鳴することで作品ははじめて完成します。この実践は、1960年代のフルクサスやコンセプチュアル・アートから続くインストラクション・アートの精神を受け継ぎながら、一人ひとりの「気づき」を何よりも大切にし、「開かれた表現」の可能性を探求し続けています。
